AERIAL SILKS
Aerial Silk Class: also known as Tissu, is a fabric apparatus that students climb and wrap themselves in. Beginners start off learning how to climb and do basic tissu poses, eventually advancing to harder and more difficult moves as they become stronger. This is a fun and exciting work-out that will keep you motivated to come back again and again to learn more. Space is limited to only 5 students per class.
